Euphoric Development purchased land in Buford GA and located a tenant for a build to suit prior to closing on the land. The project consisted of extensive due diligence work as the property did not have sewer or gas. A variance for Tilt up construction was also filed and approved. The project sold in May of 2020 to the tenant.
