Our Team
Austin Brannen
Principal
Austin Brannen, founder of euphoric development has more than 10 years of industrial real estate experience at NAIBrannenGoddard. Austin started off in 2011 representing tenants in the market to renew or relocate at a competitive deal. Austin also represented major institutions by leasing their portfolios. He has been a multimillion dollar club producer since he was first in the business and has not looked back since.
Some of Austin’s notable deals were completed with Amazon, Walmart, Systemax, Formica, Continental Tire, American Air filter and many more. Euphoric developments first project consisted of a 261,000 sq. ft. Build-to-suit with Contemporary Marketing group in Buford.
Mitchell Brannen
Board Member
Mitchell Brannen is responsible for guiding the direction of the company and establishing the firm’s strategic objectives and marketing efforts. He supervises and works with various division leaders to ensure the implementation of day-to-day activities and services to fulfill the financial, operational and qualitative needs of clients.
With over 37 years of commercial real estate experience, Mitchell focuses on tenant and ownership transactions, marketing, property positioning and analysis of market conditions and trends.
Hunter Himes
Vice President Development
Hunter helps oversee all aspects of the industrial investment life cycle including site selection, acquisition, development, tenant improvements, and disposition. Hunter has nine years of experience in the construction and real estate industries with the focus being on industrial development.
Shana Haag
Marketing and Management
Shana has been in the real estate industry for 15+ years. She is an integral part of the Euphoric team. She provides key support for all areas of work from marketing, accounting, administrative and construction.
